Thanksgiving Leftover Recipes
We had a great time eating good food around the table with family yesterday, but what to do with all these leftovers? Below I've got some ideas for you to use up that leftover turkey. What do you like to do with your Thanksgiving leftovers??
LUNCH & DINNER
- Roasted Asparagus, Chicken, Quinoa Salad - sub with roughly chopped turkey
- Easy Chicken and Black Bean Enchiladas - shred or chop turkey finely and sub instead of chicken
- Pineapple Skewers with Sherry Reduction - Chop or dice turkey and sub instead of chicken
- One Pot Creamy Tuscan Chicken - throw in big slices of turkey
- Sheet Pan Fall Dinner - throw on slices or roughly chopped turkey and roast along with the vegetables

OTHER IDEAS
There really is nothing better than a sandwich with cold turkey with mayo and a side of stuffing as a late night snack on Thanksgiving day. But there's only so many cold sandwiches you can eat, so here are a few other ideas to use up your leftovers:
- make a frittata with leftover veggies, bacon or sausage
- turkey pot pie
- turkey cranberry grilled cheese
