What is your curly hair routine?

I do the curly girl method which you can learn more about here. 

My routine is constantly evolving, but I wrote a blog post all about my most recent routine and will try to update as I can!

My daughter is almost 4 years old and we have been doing the Peaceful Preschool and are loving it!

Typically about once a week or at least twice a month.

I need help using my seasonal meal planner, can you help?

I'm so glad you asked about this! ;) I have a series on instagram where I show you exactly how I use the SMP. You can get there right here!

You can access the replays for our monthly coaching calls for SMP owners over on The Pantry. Email me for the password if you don't already have it ;) 


What is your return policy? 

If you pre-order your Seasonal Meal Planner before November 20th, and you change your mind, just email and we will get you a full refund. 

Once SMP's have shipped in December, you can return any item that has been unopened and undamaged. You will be responsible for shipping costs back to us, but will receive a refund for the cost of the product, as long as the product does not come back damaged. Email at natasha(at)natashared.com and we'll take care of you. 

My order arrived with some damage, can you help? 

Absolutely! We want you to be 100% thrilled with your purchase! Please contact us at natasha@natashared.com

May I place a custom or personalized order? 

At this time we do not accept custom or personalized orders.

Do you ever offer discount codes or coupons? 

Yes! From time to time we may offer discounts exclusively to our InstagramFacebook and Newsletter friends!

Do you offer gift-wrapping Or a gift note?

We do not offer gift wrapping, but are happy to add a note on personalized stationary with your order when it's a gift. Just specify your 1-2 sentence note in the note section at checkout and we'll take care of you! 

What forms of Payment do you accept? 

We accept Paypal, Stripe and all major credit cards.

Do you charge sales tax? 

We do. Sales tax will be charged for customers in Texas.


Can you estimate my shipping costs?

You are able to see shipping costs at checkout, before finalizing your order.


How long does it take my order to ship? 

Good question!  For pre-orders of the Seasonal Meal Planner, all orders will ship the first week of December at the latest, so you will receive them before Christmas! 

For anything else in the shop, your order will ship very quickly - normally the next business day after your order is placed.

The shipping method selected at checkout will indicate how many days it will take for the package to arrive on your doorstep once shipped. But don't worry! We'll keep you updated every step of the way. You'll receive an email when you place your order, and when your order ships. You'll receive a USPS tracking number to check on the progress of your shipment as well.

Can I rush my order? 

For the Seasonal Meal Planner, since they are a pre-order item, they will all ship at one time in early December, so no rush shipping is available for them. For anything else in the shop - yes! You can choose an expedited shipping option at checkout. Please note that your order will still take time to process and prepare for shipping.

Do you ship internationally? 

We do not at this time. If you are a retailer in another country who would like to talk about getting our products in your stores, please reach out at natasha(at)natashared.com


Can I change my shipping address once I've placed my order? Or change / add to my order?

If you order a hard copy of Nourished Cookbook, we cannot change your shipping info. If you order a Seasonal Meal Planner, we can update your information if you contact us before November 20, 2017. There are no guarantees, but you are welcome to contact us, the sooner the better!
