Cocao Hemp Overnight Oats

I'm a morning person, and I think I always have been. I just love the still, cool, quiet of the mornings and as an introvert, I love the time alone to reflect, read and spend time preparing for my day. I'm currently trying to get back into the groove of rising early but pregnancy has just tired me out like none other. I think I'm going to start with setting my alarm just 30 minutes earlier, and work my way backwards until I reach a time I feel comfortable with. Usually, that's 5:30 for me. I know, I know, I'm crazy. But with a toddler at home, I only have about 3 hours a day to spend on the blog, my shop, and let alone spend some quiet time alone for myself! So, it's becoming a priority once again :)

My sweet husband on the other hand, is NOT a morning person. He barely has enough time to shower, let alone make his own breakfast, and I'll admit, I don't always get around to making him breakfast either. That's why I love whipping up a batch of overnight oats to last us for the week. I'm all about simple food these days, and making my mornings a little less frazzled by doing a little 5-minute prep is always worth it.
