What forms of Payment do you accept? 

We accept Stripe and all major credit cards.


Do you charge sales tax? 

We do. Sales tax will be charged for customers in Texas.


SHIPPING & HANDLING

 

Can you estimate my shipping costs?

Unfortunately, no.  You are able to see shipping costs at checkout, before finalizing your order.

 

How long does it take my order to ship? 

Good question!  Your order will ship very quickly - normally the next business day after your order is placed. The shipping method selected at checkout will indicate how many days it will take for the package to arrive on your doorstep once shipped. Fret not, we'll keep you updated every step of the way. You'll receive an email when you place your order, and when your order ships. You'll receive a USPS tracking number to check on the progress of your shipment as well.


Can I rush my order? 

Yes! You can choose an expedited shipping option at checkout. Please note that your order will still take time to process and prepare for shipping.


Do you ship internationally? 

We do not at this time.

 

Can I change my shipping address once I've placed my order? Or change / add to my order?

You are welcome to send us an email or note through our contact page letting us know of the change needing to be made. However, the minute an order is placed, it is transmitted directly to us, who begins processing it right away - meaning shipping is super fast! There are no guaruntees, but you are welcome to contact us within 24 hours of your order. 

  

RETURNS

 

What is your return policy? 

All orders are non-refundable unless your items arrive damaged or we accidentally sent you the wrong item and must be unused. Please contact us at natashajred (at) gmail (dot) com in either of these cases.

At this time we do not accept custom or personalized orders.

Do you offer gift-wrapping? Or a gift note?

We do not offer gift wrapping, but are happy to add a note on personalized stationary with your order when it's a gift. Just let us know in the note section at checkout and we'll take care of you!
